1.7108 Alloy Special Steel Description
1.7108 alloyed special steel is a high-silicon, spring combination steel. The 60SiCr7 alloy steel shows high corrosion resistance, hardness, sturdiness, and strength. The 1.7108 alloy steel is machinable in the toughened condition and is weldable by most normal techniques with the exception of oxyacetylene welding.
